Errors of Sony promised date of restoration of Qriocity, and PlayStation Network raises more patience

By Darren Murph published on May 7, 2011 3: 18 AM Whoops. If you recall, Sony held what can only be described as a press event Japan emergency a week ago to issue a number of guarantees on the resumption of the service, which refers to the PlayStation Network and Qriocity. Seven days later, things are still as dead as they were pre-Cinco in May. This evening, Director Senior of the company's Corporate Communications Patrick Seybold punches to a quick update so that the world know that you can actually leave the House and find something else to entertain at ' em, like it or not, PSN is not getting back online today. The reason? On 1 may, Sony was apparently "aware of the magnitude of the attack on the servers, Sony Online Entertainment", and now, which is spinning the wheels in order to restore security in the network and "ensure" that the user data are safe. Mr. Seybold seems to understand that you are too anxious about getting back in the swing of things, and that even going so far to ask his confidence that Sony making "all [that] you can" to get lights blinking once again. Oh, and if you plan to visit this link of origin only to find the new ETA... not. Sony plans to "as soon as you" update to.

[Thanks, Alex]
